Kaz HE said so...: KELT

KELT is the theater student organization I am working with! It stands for the Kazakhstan English Language Theater. Our play is on April 10th, 11th and 12th. it is called "David and Lisa". It is actually a play from the 60's (if you want more info - you can look it up online). I am so incredibly busy it isn't even funny but it is awesome! We have a cast of about 20 and Dad has opened huge doors of opportunity during our rehearsals that are 5-6 times a week!

It has been incredible to see Dad reveal things to the cast members through their characters. Many of them have seen things in their own lives through developing their character in the play. I feel really blessed to be a part of KELT because of the friendships I have built. We have had a few parties at my apartment where I cook and we just play games! It is a blast to just hang out outside of rehearsal!

Please be asking Dad to pull a lot of logistics together for this play. The play itself is coming together well, but there are a lot of logistical things that really need to come together soon - such as the designs for posters, fliers, tickets and programs - we need to find a lighting company so people can see us on stage :). We also need to find people to run the lights and find sponsors so that we can pay for these things to pay for these things and props that we need to buy for the play! I am not too worried about it because in Kazakhstan EVERYTHING comes together at the LAST MINUTE!!! :)

Sabila - My new favorite person ever! We have become really great friends!! She actually goes to school in the states but is taking a year off to live at home in Kazakhstan - giving me the amazing opportunity to get to know her! :)
